My 2008 Lexus LX 560 with 344,000 miles was treated like Gold. I have searched high and low for a repair service that is not only honest, but knowledgeable. At Concierge Auto Repair, you ask a question, and they will provide so much information that you could almost rebuild it on your own. They did not care that, as a woman, my knowledge in this field was limited. I lost my husband this year but promised I would get his car fixed while he was in the hospital. He never came home, but a promise is a promise. He inherited it from his brother who passed away in 2013. A 2008 Lexus LX 570. Far superior to his little Ford Pickup Truck. After 300,000 miles the shocks finally gave out. Driving it was like riding on a 3-legged horse. Getting parts for air-shocks was no simple task. Jim & Scott combed the internet to get parts at a reasonable price. They also changed the oil, replaced the windshield wipers, and made sure it would pass inspection. I was so stunned when I drove it home. It was such a smooth ride. I had forgotten what that felt like. A big shout out to Concierge Auto Repair! You guys are amazing. Two months later they did a follow-up call to make sure everything was still working perfectly. Who does that??? They do!

Jim was very informative very professional and respectful they took very good care of my vehicle over night unfortunately the issue with my car was very complicated as it was a diesel engine and instead of going in blind and sky rocketing my charges they gave me an estimate of repairs and the order they would start them as it would take a lot of disassembling to figure out where a faulty leaky gasket could be he was honest and at the end of the day pointed me in the right direction a mechanic that specializes in my type of vehicle and perhaps have a better idea as where to begin without hurting my pocket concierge didn't charge me a single cent I will be going back to get other repairs done!

When the heater on my BMW inexplicably stopped producing heat, I was referred to a BMW mobile mechanic who said I needed a new heater core ($$$). Since I recently relocated from LA, I got recommendations for BMW mechanics and chose Concierge. Jim Hughes was terrific from the start. He gave me a fast and reasonable estimate for the issues that came up on the scanner, which he honored, he and his mechanic went above and beyond to correctly diagnose a complicated issue with the heater (it was not the core) and he was determined to get the car back to me with heat before an expected cold front. He's a genuine and nice guy, honest, he doesn't try to push unnecessary repairs, and he picked up and delivered my car himself, twice. It doesn't get better than that.

My check engine light came on. I took my car in and in less than an hour the codes were cleared. Received a detailed explanation and was sent on my way without being charged a penny! Two days later Jim called to advise me of just released manufacturer's service bulletin related. He shared info he didn't have to, especially when they hadn't charged me for diagnosis. I'm more inclined to use Concierge Auto the next time my vehicle needs service because they didn't just claim to be honest, they demonstrated it!

These men know their business. I called first, described what my Mercedes was doing, and I was asked if mine was a certain year and model. I was totally taken by surprise, for that was exactly the model I drive. The waiting area is NOT an afterthought. There are comfortable furnishings, pool table and hockey, access to WiFi, a Keurig coffee maker, magazines galore, and everything in that waiting area is spotless. Personally, I bring an iPad and get comfortable with a hot cup of coffee. My S550 is out of warranty; Concierge will be the only mechanics working on it from now on-- and at considerably less expense than the hosing one gets from dealerships. I recommend giving these men a try. You will not be disappointed.

I absolutely love this place! I have an Audi and going to the dealer is like paying an arm and a leg. I was hesitant with trying to find other places who work on European cars, but after going to a friend of mine and him not being able to fix my AC in a timely manner, I decided to just call this place and check them out. It's down the street from my house and once I talked to Jim over the phone, I met him the same day to get a diagnostic. To get a diagnostic at the Audi dealer was going to cost me $185. At Concierge, they gave me a diagnostic and quote on everything that I would need done for free. I waited about 20-30 minutes for them to check out my car and Jim let me know all that I needed done and explained all the codes and everything that was on paper. He was very straight forward and straight to the point. I don't understand much about cars, but the way he explained, I understand all that was wrong and how it all plays into the problems with my car. I am still going back for repairs and I think this will be my go-to place for my Audi.

They are not looking to take out any extra money out of your pocket like MOST mechanic do, or they don't fix one thing and break another thing like MOST mechanics do. communication was on point. my experience was great. My warranty is out on my BMW, and it has close to 140 K . BMW parts and labor isn't cheap, so you get what you pay for. Glad to have a mechanic like Concierge nearby. I highly recommend Concierge. They do great work at very reasonable prices. I was using Auto Care for repairs but found that Concierge do excellent work and offer a longer warranty while still charging much less than Auto Care. As an example I needed some front end work done on my wife's Honda Odyssey. Auto Care wanted about $5000. Concierge auto did the work for $3000. And because I travel a lot Jim gave me his cell phone number so that we could call 24/7 in the event my wife's car breaks down while I am out of town. Can't ask for better customer service than that!

Better than one person can realize. I started a repair relationship (Audi S4 B7) with Jim at one former place he was in charge of managing and followed him over here when he began his own personal facility. He was the most professional, communicative and kind hearted gentlemen at the previous shop he ran and when he left it showed such a decline in customer service from the owner trying to handle it. The other shop did great work but had poor sloppy routines, inadequate customer service and high turnover rates of employees. To this day I still never received a receipt from them...lol. Nate was great, very clear on work and finding and on the time required. Regular updates and quick notification and in person review of any changes. Amazing Customer Service

AMAZING WORK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have not had such great service in years! They picked me up, dropped me off at my nail appointment down the street while it was serviced, and dropped my car off after! They provided photos of suggested future service issues but no pushy attempts at more money and more service. Honest fair and kind people. Honest and Dependable

My check engine light came on. I took my car in and in less than an hour the codes were cleared. Received a detailed explanation and was sent on my way without being charged a penny! Two days later Jim called to advise me of just released manufacturer's service bulletin related. He shared info he didn't have to, especially when they hadn't charged me for diagnosis. I'm more inclined to use Concierge Auto the next time my vehicle needs service because they didn't just claim to be honest, they demonstrated it!

We have taken many vehicles here, if you are looking for a mechanic you can actually trust, come here. They do great work, and will let you know if something is wrong, but unlike some shops don't just "find" things to be wrong. They let you know when something is actually wrong, and explain it. They do excellent work, and I highly recommend them.

Amazing Service

When the heater on my BMW inexplicably stopped producing heat, I was referred to a BMW mobile mechanic who said I needed a new heater core ($$$). Since I recently relocated from LA, I got recommendations for BMW mechanics and chose Concierge. Jim Hughes was terrific from the start. He gave me a fast and reasonable estimate for the issues that came up on the scanner, which he honored, he and his mechanic went above and beyond to correctly diagnose a complicated issue with the heater (it was not the core) and he was determined to get the car back to me with heat before an expected cold front. He's a genuine and nice guy, honest, he doesn't try to push unnecessary repairs, and he picked up and delivered my car himself - twice. It doesn't get better than that.
