AMAZING WORK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have not had such great service in years! They picked me up, dropped me off at my nail appointment down the street while it was serviced, and dropped my car off after! My check engine light came on. I took my car in and in less than an hour the codes were cleared. Received a detailed explanation and was sent on my way without being charged a penny! Two days later Jim called to advise me of just released manufacturer's service bulletin related. He shared info he didn't have to, especially when they hadn't charged me for diagnosis. I'm more inclined to use Concierge Auto the next time my vehicle needs service because they didn't just claim to be honest, they demonstrated it!

We have taken many vehicles here, if you are looking for a mechanic you can actually trust, come here. They do great work, and will let you know if something is wrong, but unlike some shops don't just "find" things to be wrong. They let you know when something is actually wrong, and explain it. They do excellent work, and I highly recommend them.
