Nate was great, very clear on work and finding and on the time required. Regular updates and quick notification and in person review of any changes. He pretty much completely rebuilt my VW TDI anyone who has worked on these understands the challenges the mechanic meets with VW. Rare find Mechanic with the needed skills.

AMAZING WORK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have not had such great service in years! They picked me up, dropped me off at my nail appointment down the street while it was serviced, and dropped my car off after! They provided photos of suggested future service issues but no pushy attempts at more money and more service. Honest fair and kind people. Jim the owner is a wonderful human and sincere in his intentions at honest and fair service to their clients.

My check engine light came on. I took my car in and in less than an hour the codes were cleared. Received a detailed explanation and was sent on my way without being charged a penny! Two days later Jim called to advise me of just released manufacturer's service bulletin related. He shared info he didn't have to, especially when they hadn't charged me for diagnosis. I'm more inclined to use Concierge Auto the next time my vehicle needs service because they didn't just claim to be honest, they demonstrated it!

We have taken many vehicles here, if you are looking for a mechanic you can actually trust, come here. They do great work, and will let you know if something is wrong, but unlike some shops don't just "find" things to be wrong. They let you know when something is actually wrong, and explain it. They do excellent work, and I highly recommend them.

If you need work done on your auto this is the place to go. They are great to work with and they are honest and work to get you the best price they can on the work you need. This is the only place we will take our BMW's from now on.
